IconPackager 10.02

I am using Win 7 x64 and was using IconPackager v5. Lately I upgraded to v10. I have customized some icons on my Desktop, but every time I reboot my PC these icons appear "corrupted" and they only restore if I go to Settings>Rebuild Icon Cache. V10 is a clean installation. Well, this is quite boring every time, so I am wondering if I am missing something here.

Can anyone provide some help? I will appreciate it!

PS. The icons I have the problem with were initially downloaded in .png form and converted to .ico form.
