I like using bold font characters (selecting through Windows Control Panel settings). When rebooting the computer fonts return to original settings. How will I be able to retain the bold fonts?

I like using bold font characters (selecting through Windows Control Panel settings). When rebooting the computer fonts return to original settings. How will I be able to retain the bold fonts?

Here is a problem I have with fonts in Windowblinds. I like using Tahoma bold characters, which I change through Control Panel>Display>Appearance>Advanced settings. However, every time I reboot the computer all fonts appear as they were before I applied my changes. I don't possibly know if I am doing something wrong, but I wiil appreciate all your comments!
